Closet Playtime

When I first started on this outfit, the only thing I had was the jewelry and the dress, then I had a wardrobe block.  After sitting here and staring at the computer screen for 30 minutes, I began rummaging through my inventory, I’m still in the process of cleaning and sorting (never ending, btw).  The dress is from Luck and is a special Valentine’s Day edition of the tank dress on sale for 50L.  Secondly, Haus of Darcy has new releases, Aydan spoiled me and dropped the new items on me.  I <3 them.  Everything else was already in my inventory and once my block went away the outfit pieced itself together.  I hope you like it!

Sometimes We Need A Little Romance

I put this look together and it said romantic to me.  So that’s what it became.  The dress from Crazy was perfect with the sexy neckline and lace top.  This look was built around the newest hair from lamb, I’m a romantic, I absolutely love it.  I added a hair corsage from Atomic Bambi, they are currently having a 50% off sale.  With all these sales, its no wonder I’m going broke! I added jewelry from Freckled Funk.  Yes, I tend to wear pieces a lot when I love them.  Also, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, so these beautiful pieces of jewelry would be a perfect gift for that special someone or just for yourself.  The shoes are from Nardcotix, which is part of the Shoes & Accessories Hunt, this hunt ends February 15th, so if you are interested in them be sure to snag them before the hunt is over.  They are also available in store for sale.

Sweat It Out

For this look I mixed a few new releases from Elymode with some items already in my inventory.  The Elymode releases are uber cute and colorful, not to mention versatile.  Versatility in my book is always key.  I added a sweater from Friday (also a new release), some legwarmers, a few accessories from Freckled Funk, and this oh so cute hair from Mustache to finish it off.  Anyhow, I hope you like it.

Originally, I was going to keep with a black pallet but decided it was too dark so I added punches of color with two of my favorite things from Maitreya, the long scarf in sangria and the verve pumps in red.  The jacket I’m wearing is a new release from SD Wears and can be worn with pretty much everything I have stashed in my inventory, bonus for me.   The bag is from Pacadi and is a subscribo gift.

Crazy has a new top called the Pintuck and it’s available in 3 colors, blue, red and brown.  I had a hard time deciding which color I’d wear and decided on the blue.  I paired it with a cute skirt from Elate, ballet flats and simple accessories.  Normally I don’t do the matchy matchy thing but I decided for this outfit I would.  While I was at Elate, Kellie Iwish, designer and owner of the store informed me that starting tomorrow she’s having a 50% off sale.  If you have your eye on something in particular, snag it while the sale is going on.  Hope you like it!

Hyper Culture is an upcoming store which is currently expanding its clothing line.  The store has variety of different items.  The clothing ranges from casual to formal and each piece is versatile and sexy.  The store also sells shapes and hair.

This dress, Zena, featured is part of Black Lace Collection.  It’s short, slinky, cleavage bearing and sexy.  The lace detail is fantastic and has a sheer effect but covers in all the right areas.  I paired it with an old favorite from Stiletto Moody and some long curly hair. I kept the accessories to a minimum because the main focus is the dress.

I’ve decided I’m pretty much stuck on this hair despite the fact that I have bought new ones and have tons in my inventory to wear.  I’m also pretty much stuck on the piercings and jewelry from HoD.  Anyhow, Kenzie & Co has released some new tanks which I snatched up this morning.  I paired this tank with the new jeans from Tart.  I threw on the heels and belt and voila! A new outfit was created.  This is pretty much my LOTD.  I ran around the grid, did the 50L Friday and such in this outfit.  I think I’m in love with this look.  Anyhow, hope you like it!
